Make a meaningful difference for students across West Palm Beach, FL as a contract Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF). Supervision is provided for SLP-CFs ready to launch their school-based career—grow your skills while helping students thrive. Several full-time (35 hours/week) assignments are available across multiple elementary, middle, and high school campuses throughout the county. Start the academic year on August 10, 2026, and continue through May 27, 2027.

As an on-site-only opportunity, you’ll benefit from hands-on mentorship with experienced SLP-CCCs. Explore unique caseloads and varied age groups (defined by each school assignment), all within a supportive educational environment.

What you’ll need:

  • Active Florida provisional SLP License from the Department of Health
  • Meets all time-sensitive credentialing, including fingerprinting (assistance with AHCA verification process provided)
  • Commitment to a full school year, Monday–Friday, 7 hours/day
  • Internal eligibility and video interview (calendar link provided post-vetting)
  • Enthusiasm for working in diverse, collaborative school settings
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Role highlights:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to a range of ages and abilities (pre-K through high school, including ASD, ESE, and general education)
  • Participate in IEP meetings, treatment planning, and student progress tracking
  • Partner with supervising SLP-CCC for feedback and growth, including access to a supervision stipend for your mentor (separate CCC jobs also available)
  • Serve across multiple locations, combined to create your full-time schedule—preferences for school locations welcome
