Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or pending SLP license and credentials for schools
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong pediatric experience, ideally in K-12 educational settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and willingness to provide remote and in-person services as needed
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students’ academic and social success
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse K-12 student population
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students’ speech and language development
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Implement evidence-based interventions tailored to student needs
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and state requirements
