Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in West Rutland, VT

You’ll work collaboratively within an educational team to support students with diverse speech and language needs, ensuring they have the resources and guidance necessary to reach their full potential. The contract offers a competitive pay range of $45-55 per hour.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, will consider Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP experience a plus
• Proficient in delivering teletherapy services as needed
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Current Vermont SLP license or eligibility to obtain

What You’ll Do:

• Assess and treat students with a variety of communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and provide progress updates
• Provide both in-person and virtual (teletherapy) services as assigned
• Participate in IEP and team meetings to drive student success
