You'll be an integral onsite presence, ensuring high-quality, hands-on support for students as you replace virtual SLPs from prior agencies.
Key Details:
- Onsite role only; no remote options
- Full-time schedule, 37.5 hours per week
- Contract runs from August 12, 2026, through June 4, 2027
- K-12 itinerant caseload; assignments adjusted for your expertise and clinical interests
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid and active SLP certification/license in California (CCC required)
- Previous experience supporting students across Kindergarten through 12th grade
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with staff and families onsite
- Confidence in assessing, developing, and delivering speech-language interventions
- Flexibility for travel between multiple school sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments, direct therapy, and consultation services to students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document progress and maintain thorough records according to district protocols
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Offer evidence-based interventions to meet diverse student needs
