Primary Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions, both individual and group, tailored to diverse student needs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, including IEP development and progress reviews
  • Maintain thorough records and progress notes in accordance with district and legal standards
  • Educate and consult with staff, families, and caregivers to support carry-over strategies and student success
  • Stay current with professional best practices, continuing education, and district policies
