Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - West Valley City, UT

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Utah
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Open to collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
• Provide direct therapy and monitor progress for students with communication disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support classroom success
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and school-based activities
