Make an impact on young learners by providing speech and language services in a dynamic educational setting. This contract opportunity allows you to support both elementary and preschool students, working with collaborative teams and shaping communication skills during crucial developmental years.

This position offers a unique schedule: From January 5, 2026, to March 27, 2026, you’ll spend three days each week at an elementary school and two days at a preschool center. Following spring break, from April 13, 2026, to June 1, 2026, the role transitions to four days each week dedicated to the preschool center.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain before start date
  • Experience in school-based settings, preferably with diverse caseloads
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with IEP development and service documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide treatment for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Deliver therapy sessions, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school requirements
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student participation and growth
