Key Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC)
  • Experience working in pediatric or school-based settings
  • Strong background in assessments, individualized education plans (IEPs), and therapeutic interventions
  • Familiarity with documentation and data collection protocols in educational environments
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students, addressing a range of communication needs
  • Manage a caseload of 38 students, ensuring services are delivered in alignment with IEPs
  • Accurately schedule and deliver a total of 7,160 minutes of therapy per quarter
  • Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and administration for holistic student support
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, develop goals, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Maintain comprehensive records, progress reports, and compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Offer support and resources to families and staff to reinforce skill development
