Your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist will be crucial in fostering communication skills and promoting student success. The ideal candidate will bring previous school-based experience and hold active SLP-CCC licensure in Ohio.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current SLP-CCC licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Demonstrated experience working within school settings, specifically at the junior high or middle school level
  • Ability to develop, implement, and monitor student IEPs
  • Proven record of collaboration with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to support a diverse caseload of junior high students
  • Availability to work full-time onsite throughout the contract period

Your Role Will Include:

  • Conducting student assessments and screenings
  • Designing and delivering evidence-based therapy for a range of communication disorders
  • Documenting progress and maintaining compliant records
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to IEP development
  • Engaging parents and staff in students’ progress and therapy strategies
  • Providing resources and support for teachers to integrate communication strategies
