Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid state licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Previous experience in school settings is highly desired
  • Comfort providing direct services, assessments, and consultations both on-site and through teletherapy platforms
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to design and deliver individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Dedication to fostering inclusive, accessible learning environments
  • Background working with pediatric populations in educational or healthcare settings a plus

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services to students
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individual treatment plans for a range of communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student growth
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Offer support through both in-person and virtual therapy methods, as assigned
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary teams supporting student outcomes
