Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates are encouraged to apply
• Prior experience working in K-12 schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to design and deliver individualized therapy based on IEP goals

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique challenges and strengths
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure an integrated and supportive approach
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and documentation
• Provide consultative services and training to staff as needed
