Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license (state-appropriate) or eligibility; CCCs or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
  • Background in pediatric speech and language pathology (school-based or healthcare settings preferred)
  • Teletherapy skills are a plus
  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and multi-disciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure effective integration of therapy within the classroom setting
  • Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, with in-person and possible teletherapy components
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with educational regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities as needed
  • Offer guidance and resources to families to support student progress at home
