Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license (state-appropriate) or eligibility; CCCs or Clinical Fellowship Year candidates encouraged to apply
- Background in pediatric speech and language pathology (school-based or healthcare settings preferred)
- Teletherapy skills are a plus
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, families, teachers, and multi-disciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure effective integration of therapy within the classroom setting
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in small groups, with in-person and possible teletherapy components
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation, progress monitoring, and compliance with educational regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities as needed
- Offer guidance and resources to families to support student progress at home
