Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a current Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
  • Candidates with Clinical Fellowship (CF) status are considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting or with K-12 populations is a plus
  • Ability to work onsite and engage with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Effective communication, adaptability, and advocacy skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
  • Conduct assessments, create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain appropriate documentation and adhere to all regulatory, ethical, and school guidelines
