Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY candidates considered
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure coordinated student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to special education documentation
- Monitor and track student progress, updating goals as required
- Offer guidance and training to family members and educators regarding effective strategies for communication support
