Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Michigan SLP license required
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
- No Clinical Fellowship candidates at this time
- Must be able to work onsite (no virtual or remote options)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation as required by state and district guidelines
- Communicate goals, progress, and strategies effectively with families and school staff
