Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure in California
- Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for fostering growth in students of varying ability levels
- Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
- Maintaining thorough and organized documentation in compliance with regulations
- Participating in IEP meetings and providing expert input toward educational planning
- Delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
