Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP licensure in California
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Passion for fostering growth in students of varying ability levels
  • Spanish-speaking candidates strongly encouraged to apply

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff to maximize student progress
  • Maintaining thorough and organized documentation in compliance with regulations
  • Participating in IEP meetings and providing expert input toward educational planning
  • Delivering engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions both individually and in small groups
