Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not required
- Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students with varied needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to foster student growth
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate progress with families
- Maintain accurate records of assessments, services, and student progress
