Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license for Colorado
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate student documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and other related disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with school policies and student needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and families to integrate speech/language strategies in the classroom
  • Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions
  • Keep detailed records of student progress, interventions, and parent/teacher communications
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
