Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid or eligible Speech-Language Pathologist license for Colorado
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates considered
- Prior experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate student documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and other related disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with school policies and student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, interventionists, and families to integrate speech/language strategies in the classroom
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team sessions
- Keep detailed records of student progress, interventions, and parent/teacher communications
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities
