Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state Speech-Language Pathology license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience working in school environments or with children/adolescents is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and adapt to varied caseloads

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, or communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and maintain accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary staff to support student progress
  • Participate in eligibility meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver engaging and effective interventions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment as appropriate
  • Offer guidance and resources to classroom staff regarding strategies to enhance communication in educational environments
