Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred but not required
  • Strong assessment, diagnostic, and intervention skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students with varied needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to foster student growth
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and communicate progress with families
  • Maintain accurate records of assessments, services, and student progress
  • Deliver therapy in individual and small group settings to optimize learning
