Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Westminster, Maryland

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least one year
• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• At least one year of direct IEP experience required
• Minimum availability of 10 hours per week
• Background in pediatric, CFY, or school-based settings considered a plus
• Self-motivated with a genuine drive to enhance lives of children
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to navigate technology, including digital documentation and new software
• Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support a collaborative environment

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students
• Develop, implement, and review IEPs in partnership with educators and families
• Maintain timely and thorough digital records and assessment reports
• Collaborate and consult with teachers, parents, and support staff
