Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting programs in and around the Danville, IL area. Opportunities are available to work with learners at a therapeutic day school, in dynamic preschool programs, and within a supportive environment focused on growth and progress. This contract role is ideal for experienced SLPs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking valuable experience and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Illinois SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged
  • Background working with pediatric populations, across diverse needs and settings
  • Teletherapy experience a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized speech and language therapy services to students in preschool and therapeutic day school environments
  • Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings and help create supportive learning plans
  • Adapt therapy modalities for on-site and virtual (teletherapy) delivery as needed
