With a consistent 35-hour work week, you’ll deliver quality care and shape positive outcomes as part of a dedicated, collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Hold or be eligible for an Indiana Professional License (IPLA) and a teacher’s license from the Department of Education (IDOE)
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school-based setting
  • Effective communicator and enthusiastic collaborator
  • Flexible, with strong problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the planning and delivery of comprehensive speech-language therapy, including assistive technology, augmentative communication, articulation, voice, oral-motor function, feeding, and receptive/expressive language delays
  • Conduct diagnostic and evaluation assessments as required for each student
  • Produce detailed, insightful reports and student assessments
  • Develop and monitor IEP objectives, ensuring ongoing progress and alignment with student needs
  • Communicate regularly with parents and colleagues to report on development and discuss strategies for support
  • Comfortable managing a diverse caseload, including students with a wide range of communication needs
