As a contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) holding your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), you will collaborate with educators, families, and students to assess needs, develop personalized therapy plans, and encourage communication growth.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
  • Experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations preferred
  • Skill in conducting speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Passion for helping students succeed, both academically and socially

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and assess students for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Provide direct therapy services and document progress toward objectives
  • Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student growth
  • Attend IEP meetings and contribute professional insights and recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and timely records per school and legal standards
  • Stay current on best practices and participate in continued professional development
