School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Wexford, Pennsylvania

Make a meaningful impact as a School Speech-Language Pathologist supporting students from kindergarten through fourth grade. This contract role offers the opportunity to work on an engaging elementary campus near Wexford, PA, where you’ll help approximately 30 children develop critical communication skills. Working onsite is required, allowing for the best collaboration and student interaction.

The assignment begins as soon as possible and continues through late May 2027, with renewal opportunities for those who thrive in the environment. The part-time schedule is ideal for maintaining work-life balance, with a consistent block of hours from 9:15 am to 3:30 pm, tailored to total 16 hours per week.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Hold or be eligible for your SLP license and SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Prior experience in school settings highly desirable
• Enthusiasm for supporting a diverse caseload in elementary grades
• Strong independent and collaborative case management skills
• Committed to working exclusively onsite

Your responsibilities include managing your own caseload of students, with shared responsibility for certain cases. You’ll conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, provide direct and consultative therapy, and engage with teachers and families to foster student growth.
