Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
- Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (CCC-SLP).
- Must hold a North Carolina Department of Public Instruction “G License.”
- Optional: Licensure from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists.
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates and experienced professionals (CCC).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive assessment, screening, and diagnostic services for students.
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans to address communication, language, and articulation needs.
- Advise educators and families on communication strategies and student progress.
- Maintain accurate case records and documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines.
- Take a proactive role in planning and collaborating with school teams to optimize student success.
