Required Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates are also welcome.
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide individualized and group therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Complete all required documentation and participate in IEP meetings.
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to achieve outcomes.
