Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Familiarity with IEP procedures and documentation
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and diversity, equity, and inclusion
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with a broad range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers and families
- Provide both direct and consultative services to students in group and one-on-one sessions
- Maintain accurate documentation, track progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that helps each student reach their fullest potential
- Provide guidance and resources to teachers and families for carryover of interventions
