This role offers the opportunity to provide impactful Speech-Language Pathology services within a public school setting in White Hall, MD. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will deliver onsite therapy to support the communication development of students, helping them achieve their academic and social goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, support staff, and interdisciplinary team members to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation including evaluations, progress notes, and reports
- Utilize technology and software for digital paperwork and communication efficiently
- Demonstrate initiative in creating a positive and supportive environment for student growth
Qualifications:
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) held for at least 1 year
- Active professional license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with IEPs
- Availability for at least 10 hours per week
- Self-motivated with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organization, time management, and problem-solving abilities
- Technologically proficient with willingness to learn new programs and tools
