Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a unique, full-time opportunity with the Regional Resource Center (RRC) located within Hartford High School in White River Junction, Vermont.
Position Details
Location: White River Junction, VT
Schedule: 186 work days per year
Based at Hartford High School's Regional Resource Center
Full-time, onsite position

About the Program
The Regional Resource Center is a collaborative, tuition-based program serving high school students through age 22 with developmental and multiple disabilities from ten school districts throughout the Upper Valley region.
Unlike a traditional school-based role, this SLP is a fully integrated member of the interdisciplinary team. You'll work alongside special education teachers, occupational and physical therapists, and paraprofessionals to embed communication supports throughout the school day.
Responsibilities
Integrate speech and language services into classroom instruction, vocational training, community-based learning, and daily functional routines
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support student communication across all environments
Develop individualized communication strategies and support AAC implementation when appropriate
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain required documentation
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Vermont SLP License
School-based experience preferred
Experience working with students with developmental or multiple disabilities is a plus
Strong collaboration and team-based approach to service delivery

July 20: 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM
July 21: Anytime between 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
July 22: Anytime between 10:30 AM – 4:15 PM
July 28: Between 2:00 PM – 4:30 PM
