Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Master’s in Communication Sciences or a related field
  • Eligible for, or holder of, ASHA CCC or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Vermont Clinical SLP License (OPR) and Educational SLP Endorsement (AOE)
  • Experience with pediatrics, schools, healthcare, or teletherapy a plus

Primary Responsibilities

  • Embed speech and language support within classroom and community settings
  • Deliver direct instruction, model language, and facilitate peer interactions
  • Integrate AAC, visual supports, and assistive technology into daily routines
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop meaningful IEP goals
  • Collaborate on lesson planning, vocational support, and family communication
  • Maintain documentation and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
