With a manageable caseload of 40–50 students, you’ll work alongside a collaborative team and enjoy a structured, school-based schedule.
Key Requirements:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
- Experience working with early childhood or preschool-aged students is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapy practices
- Excellent communication, organization, and record-keeping skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Flexibility and compassion in adapting developmental approaches
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to preschool children following IEP goals and school guidelines
- Conduct assessments, develop intervention plans, and track student progress
- Work closely with educators and families to support carryover of communication strategies across settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations for student success
- Maintain timely and compliant documentation of services and outcomes
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Details:
- Immediate start with assignment running through June (flexible end date)
- Work full-time hours: 7 hours daily, Monday through Friday, according to the academic calendar
