Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
• Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Familiarity with group and individualized therapy approaches
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation abilities
• Ability to develop targeted interventions and collaborate with educational staff

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in both small group and one-on-one formats
• Assess, diagnose, and document communication disorders utilizing evidence-based practices
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to develop and monitor student progress and IEP goals
• Maintain thorough and organized records of services, goals, and outcomes
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings as needed, providing professional input on student needs and progress
• Adjust therapy plans based on student response and ongoing assessment
