Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Pennsylvania state license
- Strong interest or proven experience in pediatric and early intervention settings
- School-based and early childhood experience is highly valued
- Flexibility, excellent communication skills, and collaborative approach
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide individualized treatment for students in early intervention programs
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to meet educational and functional goals
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to optimize student development
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Offer guidance and advocacy to families
