Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Active state licensure or eligibility as an SLP, CFY, or SLPA
  • Experience or training in schools, teletherapy, or healthcare settings
  • Passion for working with elementary and middle school children
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt interventions to meet diverse student needs
  • Familiarity with creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language services to elementary and middle school students
  • Conduct screenings, diagnostic assessments, and progress evaluations
  • Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to support students’ academic growth and social-emotional development
  • Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Offer consultation and resources to staff and parents, supporting inclusive practices
