Desired Qualifications and Experience:

- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
- Able to work as a collaborative, solution-oriented team member
- Current knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements in school speech therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Complete speech and language assessments and document findings
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed of new therapy approaches
