Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold active credentials as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
  • Background in pediatrics, school-based settings, or healthcare speech therapy
  • Experience or interest in teletherapy services is highly valued
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and progress-monitoring skills
  • Able to work as a collaborative, solution-oriented team member
  • Current knowledge of best practices and compliance requirements in school speech therapy

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students in accordance with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Complete speech and language assessments and document findings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
  • Maintain accurate records and submit timely reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay informed of new therapy approaches
