Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) highly valued; supervision provided for CFs
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous
  • Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and adapting to hybrid service models
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • SLPA experience in school or healthcare settings considered a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Carry an elementary school caseload, assessing and supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Conduct direct and indirect therapy sessions, both in-person and virtually as needed
  • Create individualized education plans (IEPs) and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to speech-language pathology assistants (SLPAs) as appropriate
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of best practices in the field
