Desired Qualifications:
- Valid state licensure or certification as an SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Experience in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare environments preferred
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms is a bonus
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Commitment to supporting students’ speech, language, and social communication development
- Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, support staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEPs and best practices
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and monitor progress
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in-person or virtually (teletherapy opportunities available)
- Document and report student progress accurately and efficiently
- Participate in IEP meetings, team planning sessions, and ongoing professional development
- Mentor or support Clinical Fellows as appropriate
