This role offers a 37.5-hour workweek and begins July 27th, running for the entire academic year. Your expertise in Speech-Language Pathology will ensure tailored interventions and effective collaboration with education teams and families.
Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current or eligible state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or motivated Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Demonstrated experience in school-based, teletherapy, pediatric or healthcare SLP settings
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent organization, time management, and interpersonal abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct speech-language intervention to students with special needs
- Deliver services in-person or via teletherapy as required
- Conduct evaluations and write comprehensive reports documenting progress
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teammates
- Attend IEP meetings; contribute insights for student goal setting
- Maintain accurate and confidential case documentation
- Employ evidence-based practices to support a range of student needs
