Qualifications and Experience Sought:

  • Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Background in pediatric speech therapy, preferably within school-based settings
  • Experience or willingness to provide services via teletherapy platforms
  • Strong understanding of IEP process, documentation, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver assessments, therapy, and interventions for K-12 students with a wide range of communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with student IEPs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student progress and promote inclusive classroom environments
  • Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and timely documentation for compliance and tracking
  • Provide both in-person and virtual services as required, utilizing technology to reach and support students effectively
  • Offer guidance to support school staff and families on speech-language development and strategies
