Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Provide direct therapy services and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate strategies throughout the academic environment
- Maintain detailed documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as a speech/language expert
- Educate and involve families in their child’s development and progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
