In this position, you'll work 35 hours per week alongside educators to deliver high-quality speech and language interventions. As a valued member of the team, your expertise will help students overcome communication barriers and succeed both academically and socially.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CF candidates considered
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting
  • Strong ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students with diverse communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Adapt interventions and materials to support inclusion in general education settings
  • Participate in team meetings and provide consultative services as needed
