In this position, you'll work 35 hours per week alongside educators to deliver high-quality speech and language interventions. As a valued member of the team, your expertise will help students overcome communication barriers and succeed both academically and socially.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred; strong CF candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school-based setting
- Strong ability to manage a varied caseload across multiple grade levels
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and deliver therapy to students with diverse communication needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Adapt interventions and materials to support inclusion in general education settings
- Participate in team meetings and provide consultative services as needed
