Qualifications:

• Current Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility in Texas
• SLP-CCC or actively completing CFY requirements
• Experience in a school-based setting highly desirable
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Commitment to helping students reach their full communication potential

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy to students with communication disorders
• Maintain clear records, documentation, and progress notes according to district and state standards
• Work closely with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments
• Contribute to IEP meetings, providing clinical insights and recommendations
• Adapt therapy materials and methods to meet diverse student needs across multiple caseloads
