In this position, you’ll provide expertise as an SLP supervisor, ensuring high-quality services and mentorship for a dedicated SLPA. Your primary responsibilities include conducting evaluations, attending ARDs, and offering both direct and virtual support.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP - CCC licensure.
- Experience working in a school-based setting preferred.
- Prior supervision of SLPAs advantageous.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct thorough speech and language evaluations.
- Commitment to fostering student growth and peer development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete speech and language assessments, documenting findings in compliance with school and regulatory standards.
- Participate in ARD/IEP meetings, contributing to multidisciplinary teams and supporting student-centered planning.
- Provide direct supervision to one SLPA onsite, with flexibility to fulfill indirect supervision virtually as needed.
