Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current licensure and certification as required for school-based practice
• Previous experience providing SLP services in a school setting strongly preferred
• Solid grasp of IEP development, documentation, and therapy session delivery
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse student caseload

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech, language, and communication therapy to students from varied backgrounds
• Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs
• Monitor, document, and report student progress; adjust therapy plans when needed
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and the Lead SLP to facilitate student success
• Stay updated on best practices and district policies for school-based SLPs
