This full-time, on-site contract opportunity involves working across multiple schools, supporting students as part of a collaborative team. Key Qualifications:
- Possession of a current California SLP License
- Valid CTC document (preliminary or clear SLP credential, or Certificate of Clearance)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellow candidates welcome (with established supervision)
- Prior school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
- Ability to travel between 1-4 school sites (average assignment is 2 campuses)
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to students aged preschool through high school with varied caseloads (approx. 55-60 students)
- Deliver evidence-based interventions, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings as necessary
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
- Manage required assessments, with reimbursement for assessment materials up to $2,500
- Focus on direct therapy—no case management duties required, as dedicated case managers are in place
- Maintain documentation in compliance with district guidelines and state requirements
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm) for the 2026-2027 school year, offering the opportunity to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment. Part-time work or remote/VOCO delivery is not available.
