Qualifications & Experience:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is highly valued; CFY applicants will also be considered
• School-based experience preferred, particularly with elementary populations
• Strong communication, organization, and team collaboration abilities
• Demonstrated understanding of IEPs, progress monitoring, and data-driven therapy
• Commitment to providing compassionate and inclusive services

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students, both individual and group settings
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Develop and document treatment plans, adhering to IEP goals and school guidelines
• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents regarding student progress and strategies
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and provide meaningful progress updates
