Key Qualifications:

  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in California
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
  • Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting highly desirable
  • Strong ability to evaluate, diagnose, and develop IEP goals for students with diverse speech/language needs
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and students

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to K-12 students
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency concerns
  • Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation of progress
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement effective interventions and support student academic achievement
  • Work closely with families and teachers to support generalization of skills across school environments
