This contract position offers the opportunity to work across multiple school settings with a full-time schedule in a supportive, collaborative environment.

This dynamic role is ideal for SLP professionals—including those with CCC or CFY credentials—who are passionate about guiding students toward improved communication skills and academic success. You'll have opportunities to work with diverse caseloads: full-time positions are available for High School, Non-Public Schools (NPS), and Private Schools in the Pasadena area.

What you’ll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Previous experience in school settings preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
  • Commitment to fostering student growth and maintaining a positive school culture

What you’ll do:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student development
  • Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and maintain accurate records
  • Provide direct and consultative services according to each student’s needs
