Essential Qualifications:

• Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop rapport with students, parents, and staff
• Expertise in conducting assessments, implementing therapy plans, and tracking student progress
• Flexibility and adaptability within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students based on IEP goals
• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to determine student needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers for comprehensive support
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings and other relevant conferences
• Offer guidance, strategies, and resources to classroom teachers and staff
• Maintain thorough records and progress notes in compliance with school policies
