Speech Language Pathologist in Williamsburg, VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders across multiple grade levels
• Develop and implement individualized goals in conjunction with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver both direct and consultative therapy services tailored to student needs
• Monitor and document student progress using evidence-based practices
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and administrators to drive student success

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly valued
• Prior experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with teletherapy modalities or willingness to learn
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
