Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Williamsburg, VA

In this rewarding position, you will:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for school-aged children
• Develop, monitor, and update IEP/504 goals in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct and indirect therapy, both in-person and through teletherapy services
• Track and document student progress to ensure effective support and measurable outcomes
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to foster student growth and inclusion

Ideal candidates will offer:

• A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current or eligible state SLP license
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience with pediatric and/or school-based populations welcomed
• Familiarity with both traditional and teletherapy service delivery models
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
