Make a meaningful difference in the lives of students as an Occupational Therapist for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, contract position is designed for a compassionate professional who is passionate about supporting children and young adults from kindergarten through 12th grade. You'll play a vital role in helping students develop functional skills essential for educational success and daily participation in the school environment.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active state license as an Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to obtain)
  • NBCOT certification preferred
  • Experience working with pediatric or school-based populations is highly valued
  • Familiarity with assistive technology and sensory strategies is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and self-regulation needs of diverse student populations
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plan (IEP/504) goals and accommodations
  • Provide direct therapy services, push-in classroom support, and expert consultation to educational staff
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, special education teams, and families to foster student growth
  • Recommend and adapt equipment or classroom settings to maximize student independence
  • Maintain thorough documentation of services provided and monitor progress toward established goals

  • Full-time hours based on a school schedule, following the academic year from August 2026 to June 2027
