Qualifications & Preferred Background:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) credentials
• Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Familiarity with school-based therapy, IEPs, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within fast-paced environments

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop tailored treatment plans and measurable IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families

• Consult regularly with educators, staff, and families to support each student's unique needs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
