Qualifications & Preferred Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow (CFY) credentials
- Eligibility for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Familiarity with school-based therapy, IEPs, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and adaptability within fast-paced environments

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic interventions to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop tailored treatment plans and measurable IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and families
- Deliver engaging individual and small group therapy sessions, monitoring and documenting student progress
- Consult regularly with educators, staff, and families to support each student's unique needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to collaborative team processes
