Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFs) considered
• Previous experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and screenings to identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student goals and IEPs
• Provide direct therapy services to individuals or small groups in accordance with school policies
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to maximize student progress
• Document treatment, progress, and maintain accurate records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to development and review of student goals
• Educate staff and families on speech-language disorders and strategies for support in academic settings
