Speech Language Pathologist in Williamsburg, VA

In this role, you’ll work 37.5 hours per week and manage a mixed caseload across kindergarten through 12th grade. Your dedication will help students reach their full communication potential while collaborating with educators, families, and related service providers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid and current state SLP license/certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience working with school-aged children and IEP teams
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and adapt interventions for students with varying needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete speech-language assessments, develop treatment plans, and set individualized goals
• Deliver therapy services tailored to various student populations (articulation, language, social communication, and fluency disorders)
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of student progress and IEP compliance
• Consult with teachers and parents to streamline support and generalization of communication skills into daily activities
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary collaboration, and ongoing professional development
