Make a significant impact in the lives of students as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting a K-12 caseload in a vibrant school environment near Williamsport, MD. This contract-to-hire opportunity welcomes both full-time and part-time professionals, and is ideal for those with a strong desire to foster communication skills in a school-based setting. The team already has an SLPA in place and is now seeking skilled SLP-CCC professionals to provide expert evaluation and therapy services.

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
  • Experience working with K-12 students preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to a varied student population
  • Conduct assessments, create individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support each child’s unique needs
  • Maintain documentation and reporting in compliance with district and state requirements
  • Provide support and clinical guidance for the SLPA as needed
