Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Maryland
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Prior experience working in a school setting, preferably with K-12 caseloads
  • Strong knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and documentation
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, diverse educational environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations for students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide accurate progress reports
  • Deliver direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Advise school staff and families on strategies and accommodations to support student success
  • Maintain detailed and compliant documentation for all services provided
