Make a meaningful impact in education by providing critical support as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) supervisor for a local school setting. In this contract-to-hire opportunity, you will guide and supervise an SLPA onsite for two hours each week, helping ensure exceptional services for students while fostering professional growth for the SLPA.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC–SLP)
  • Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
  • Prior experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly preferred
  • Comfortable with providing supervision in-person and supporting a collaborative learning environment
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite clinical supervision to an SLPA for two hours per week, ensuring adherence to professional standards and ethical guidelines
  • Offer guidance, mentorship, and real-time feedback to support the SLPA's continuous professional development
  • Oversee documentation and program implementation for student therapies
  • Communicate progress and collaborate with school staff as needed to promote student success
  • Maintain clear and accurate supervision records following state and federal regulations
